Q. How do I book a session with you?
A. The first step is contacting us! Just email,
call or book online—it is very easy! (And
don't be nervous. We will walk you through
the process from beginning to end!)
Q. Is there a pet fee?
Yes, we do have a small pet fee of $10 per
pet. This allows us to have an assistant
present to help with the session.
Q. Where will my session be held?
In studio or outside. Your choice. You can
do both if you would like however; there is a
small add-on fee to do both.
Q. Do you travel?
Travel is included for all sessions within 20
miles of Watertown. If you need a special
quote, please feel free to contact me.
Q. Can we have our session at our
house?
Definitely! We do work on location as well as
in studio. And if you'd prefer the session in
your own backyard or house, that is totally
fine! As long as there is some open shade of
a tree or bushes that allows us to capture
your pet in the soft, filtered light.
Q. Are digital files included?
Your session is available in a digital and a
non-digital session when booking! If you
choose the digital session, you will receive
all of your images from your session as seen
in your online gallery in a high-resolution
format for printing purposes.
Q. My pet is old or doesn't have much
time left can you fit him into your
schedule?
Seniors and cases of failing-health take
priority over all others so contact me ASAP
to set up an urgent session. There is no
extra charge for last minute sessions.
Q. Do you photography other pets
besides dogs?
We welcome all animals! So you name it,
we’d be happy to photograph it!
Q. What if my pet is wild/shy/etc.? or
What if my dog doesn't know any
commands?
Don't worry if your furry friend doesn't have
any manners, we are used to out-of-control
tail wagging, slobbery kisses and muddy
paws. Our goal is always to capture a dog
as they are in real life so if they happen to
be naughty, then we are capturing them that
way. We always give them space and time
to get familiarized with us. We will try to find
a location that is free of distractions so they
feel more comfortable.
Q. But what if there is a good chance my
dog may attack or bite while being
photographed? Is that going to be a
problem?
If your dog has serious human aggression
issues we cannot and will not be able to
photograph them. Thanks for understanding.
Q. Leashed and restraints?
We are awesome at Photoshop and we
photograph entirely in digital so we can
always edit the leash out.
Q. Do you do GIFT Certificates?
We sure do! Gift certificates can be
purchased in any amount you'd like. So you
can pay for part of a session, the whole
session or even a session plus credit
towards any prints, wall art or albums! The
perfect gift for anyone!
